Another Nod for Organic Farming and Eating

Looks like another study suggesting that pesticides, herbicides and any other ...cides you want to use are bad for you. Especially in this study the men get effected. This is a little bit different since often times the studies point to these chemicals having a more damaging effect on the female hormone system than the male. Anyhow, what is important is that you try to eat as organically as possible to avoid some of these damaging effects. Start with your meats first and then try to incorporate your fruits organically. I would recommend specifically that you never eat strawberries, raspberries and grapes that are not organic as these tend to be the most highly sprayed fruits going.

If you are not familiar I would become familiar with the tenets of organic farming and eating. You and your family will be glad your did your research.

Been meaning to comment that I'm enjoying your posts from afar. Good stuff.

I'm currently reading Michael Pollan's "Omnivore's Delight: A Natural History of Four Meals." Highly recommend it, if you haven't already read it. Touches on the real story behind our food industry, organics, etc.
