Exercise and Weight Loss for Women
I have always recommended that exercise that nets results must occur four times a week for at least a half hour to forty five minutes. In this recent study it looks like we will all have to step it up a bit. Man, I thought I was doing a good job. Okay time to increase the intensity and pump it up.

And, the older you get, the harder it is to take it off and keep it off! :-(
stick with the Bikram yoga, that should do it! ok and then keep practicing some mad skills in basket ball.... and then join a volley ball team.. and then ... NO AND THEN! :)
