Exercise and Its Effects on Cancer

Well, it appears if you want to pass from this life via cancer, you have a better chance if you move to Australia. Of course that is not the purpose of this post. The point is to direct you to the research that is accumulating correlating sedentary lifestyle with cancer. As we become more locked to chairs, desks and couches it appears that we should only expect to have increasing rates of cancers of all types.

Another warning shot across the bow. Start exercising now so that you will not have to be boosting the survival rate statistics with your personal exercise later.

More and more people that I hear of have this horrible cancer. We just visited with two women last night and they told us of two people in their 30's who have died of breast cancer. Both had young children at home.

I think if we can take some measures to prevent this horrible disease, we all should be willing to do whatever it takes. It's so hard sometimes for a regular excersise program when the schedules of folks stays so busy.

I wish I knew a way to motivate the masses to get them off their butts and start exercising. I've been a personal trainer for the past 10 years, and that's one topic that will never rest. How I can motivate the masses?
Any ideas?
